Listening First Affirmations

I am allowed to move at my own pace.
I listen to my body without judgment.
My body is worthy of being heard.
I do not have to force myself to relax.
I can rest without earning my rest.
Nothing is required of me in this moment.
I give myself permission to simply be.
My breath does not need to be perfect.
I can notice without needing to change anything.
I trust myself to recognize what I need.
My boundaries are worthy of respect.
I am allowed to say no.
I am allowed to choose what feels right for me.
I can create space between myself and what overwhelms me.
I do not have to carry everything I encounter.
I can care without carrying.
I can listen without absorbing.
I can be present without abandoning myself.
My body has its own rhythm.
My healing has its own timeline.
There is no deadline for becoming whole.
Rest is part of my practice.
Gentleness is strength.
Stillness is allowed.
Movement is allowed.
Silence is allowed.
Sound is allowed.
I welcome what feels supportive and release the expectation to experience anything else.
I do not need to understand every feeling for it to be valid.
I can meet myself exactly where I am.
I am allowed to take up space.
My voice matters.
My choices matter.
My comfort matters.
My body belongs to me.
I am present in my own life.
I can return to myself one breath at a time.
I can let sound arrive without asking it to change me.
I can let sound fade without trying to hold onto it.
I can listen to the silence that remains.
Silence gives my body room to speak.
I honor what my body tells me.
I trust the wisdom of listening.
I do not need to perform healing.
I do not need to prove that I am healing.
I do not have to become someone different to deserve peace.
I am enough in this moment.
I am here.
I am breathing.
I am listening.
Nothing is required of me.
I listen first.
