A Space to Listen, Rest, and Return to Yourself.
Nothing Is Required.
Restorative Listening is an invitation to pause, listen, and be present with sound in a way that honors your own experience. It is not a performance. It is not guided meditation. It is not about achieving a specific outcome.
Instead, Restorative Listening creates space for you to explore sound without pressure, expectation, or the need to "do it right."
Using instruments such as Chiron Gong, Jupiter Gong, Venus Gong, Sidereal Moon Gong, Neptune Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Hand pan, and other sound healing instruments, each session offers an opportunity to slow down and notice what is present in the moment.
You are welcome to:
• Sit quietly
• Lie down and rest
• Stretch gently
• Journal
Reflect
• Simply listen
There is no requirement to relax.
There is no requirement to heal.
There is no requirement to have an emotional experience.
Your experience is your own.
A Trauma-Informed Approach
Every Restorative Listening experience is created with choice, consent, and personal autonomy in mind. You remain in charge of your experience from beginning to end.
There is no expectation to share personal stories, process emotions publicly, or participate in activities that do not feel supportive to you.
Who Is This For?
Restorative Listening may be supportive for:
• Trauma survivors
• Veterans
• Therapists and helping professionals
• Caregivers
• Highly sensitive people
• Individuals seeking moments of quiet and reflection
• Anyone looking for a different way to engage with sound
Begin Where You Are
Whether you have five minutes or an hour, whether you feel calm or overwhelmed, whether you know exactly what you need or have no idea at all, you are welcome here.
Nothing is Required.
Listen. Rest. Return to Yourself.
