Before You Join: A Few Things to Know

This membership is not meant to persuade you.
Before you join, I want to be clear about what this space offers—and what it does not—so you can decide without pressure, urgency, or self-negotiation.
You are not late.
Nothing here is scarce.
You do not need to be ready.
This Is Not a Program
There is no start date.
There is no sequence.
There is no expectation of progress.
You will not be guided toward an outcome.
You will not be told what to feel.
You will not be asked to stay longer than you want.
If you are looking for structure, instruction, or activation, this space may not be a fit.
You Do Not Have to Listen “Correctly”
There is no correct way to engage with sound here.
You may:
Listen briefly
Stop midway
Skip tracks entirely
Return weeks or months later
You do not have to finish anything.
You do not have to feel calm.
You do not have to notice change.
Your nervous system decides what is enough.
Rest Is Not Required
This may sound strange to say, but it matters:
You are not required to rest here.
You are not required to slow down.
You are not required to regulate.
You are not required to heal.
Sound is offered as an invitation, not a task.
This Space Is Intentionally Quiet
There is no community obligation.
There is no expectation to post, share, or respond.
There are no prompts asking you to reflect or explain your experience.
The membership exists to reduce stimulation—not add another place you have to show up.
A Note About Safety and Responsibility
This work is not medical or therapeutic treatment.
It does not replace professional care.
If you experience discomfort, overwhelm, or distress, stopping is always allowed.
Listening is always optional.
You are responsible for caring for your body and nervous system.
This space is designed to support consent, not override it.
Reasons You Might Choose Not to Join (And That’s Okay)
You might decide not to join if:
You want clear instructions or goals
You’re seeking guaranteed outcomes
You want interactive or social engagement
You’re in a season where sound feels like too much
Not joining is a valid choice.
There is nothing to miss.
