Embrace a new season of sound healing with the Chiron Gong, beginning in March.

Over the past few months, I’ve been paying close attention to what my own nervous system actually responds to.

Not what sounds impressive.

Not what feels dramatic.

Not what promises transformation.

Just what helps my body soften.

The Chiron Gong has been one of those sounds.

When my system is braced — when my knee tightens, when my jaw locks, when the world feels loud — the steady resonance of this gong does not push me. It does not demand anything from me.

It widens the space around the tension.

Chiron is often called the wounded healer. I don’t relate to that as a metaphor for perfection. I relate to it as someone living with what does not disappear — and learning how to be with it differently.

This new season of Healing Sounds with the Chiron Gong begins in March.

It will be slow.

It will be steady.

It will not be overwhelming.

There will be gradual entry. Predictable pacing. Spacious decay. Time to return.

You are not required to process anything.

You are not required to feel anything specific.

You are not required to go deeper than your body wants to go.

This season is about practicing un-bracing.

About noticing when the body prepares — and giving it another option.

If you have been walking alongside my work quietly…

If your nervous system prefers steadiness over intensity…

If you are simply looking for a contained, resonant field to rest in…

You are welcome.

We begin in March.

No performance.

No pressure.

Just sound, and space.
