You May Listen in the Way That Fits

Sound does not come with instructions.
It does not ask you to sit in a certain way, breathe in a certain rhythm, or remain present for a set amount of time.
You may listen closely.
You may listen from another room.
You may let the sound play while your attention moves elsewhere.
You may stop listening before the sound ends.
You may return later.
You may not return at all.
All of these are ways of listening.
In this work, sound does not require consistency or commitment.
It does not reward endurance or focus.
Your system knows when it has had enough.
It also knows when it has not.
There is no benefit to pushing past that point.
Sound is offered so you can meet it where you are, not where you think you should be.
Listening happens in the space where permission is already present.
