A serene expanse of tranquil water reflects the vibrant blue sky and scattered, wispy clouds, creating a harmonious and calming landscape.

I’ve opened a membership—not as a program, not as a promise, and not as a requirement to heal.

This membership exists for one simple reason: to create a protected, quiet way to listen.

Over time, I’ve learned that sound offered publicly, without containment, is often misunderstood, misused, or consumed too quickly. I’ve also learned that many people—especially those living with trauma, chronic stress, or nervous system overwhelm—need less instruction, not more.

This membership is my way of holding the work with greater care.

Why a Membership?

Not to create exclusivity. Not to add urgency. Not to build a community that requires participation.

This membership exists to:

  • Protect the recordings and the listening environment

  • Reduce bots, scraping, and automated misuse

  • Offer access without pressure or performance

  • Allow sound to be encountered at a human pace

It is not about doing more. It is about listening without being asked to do anything with what you hear.

What This Membership Is (and Isn’t)

This is not a self-improvement system. It is not a healing guarantee. It is not a challenge, pathway, or curriculum.

It is:

  • Trauma-informed sound offered without instruction

  • Rest-centered listening that honors choice

  • Access designed to reduce stimulation, not increase it

  • A space where stopping is always allowed

You are not tracked. You are not monitored. You are not expected to feel calm, relaxed, or changed.

The Membership Levels

Membership is offered in tiers so you can choose what feels least activating, not most impressive.

No tier is better than another. All are held with the same care.

Listening Access

A quiet entry point. Access to select sound recordings and rest-day offerings. No participation required. Simply permission to listen.

Held Space

For those who wish to stay with the work more regularly. Includes the full sound library, early access to releases, and written reflections when offered—never required.

Sustaining Presence

A way to support the continuation of this work. Not about more content, but about helping the space remain available, slow, and uncompromised.

Quiet Patronage

For those who wish to hold the conditions that allow this work to exist at all. This tier is about sustainability, not proximity or influence. No additional engagement is required.

How Listening Is Held Here

You are welcome to:

  • Listen for seconds or hours

  • Pause or stop at any time

  • Skip anything that doesn’t feel supportive

  • Leave and return when you’re ready

You are not expected to:

  • Finish tracks

  • Feel regulated

  • Have insights

  • Explain your experience

Your nervous system sets the pace.

A Note on Safety and Responsibility

This work is not medical or therapeutic treatment. It does not replace professional care. Listening is always optional, and stopping is always allowed.

The membership exists to support consent, not override it.

An Invitation (Not a Push)

If you’re looking for sound that tells you what to do, this may not be the right space. If you’re looking for sound that lets you decide, you are welcome here.

There is no urgency. No pressure. No expectation.

Just access—held quietly.
