Going to Crone to Heal Grief that is Held in Sacrum and Knee
Going inward, to the deep well of sorrow,
On a journey to mend, to find a new morrow.
Into the Crone's embrace, wisdom's gentle hand,
To release the past, to make a fresh stand.
In sacred space, the Crone's power unfolds,
Never underestimate the stories the body holds.
Gentle whispers of healing, a soothing balm,
On weary bones, a comforting calm.
Into the sacrum, the grief takes its hold,
Deep rooted sorrow, stories untold.
Never forgetting the pain, but learning to see,
Grief's lessons unfolding for you and for me.
To the knees, the weight of the world has been known,
Overburdened, weary, alone.
Healing starts here, a gentle release,
Each breath a surrender, a moment of peace.
Allowing the tears to flow freely and clear,
Letting the pain go, banishing fear.
Legacy of hurt, slowly begins to cease,
Letting go softly, finding inner peace.
Each step forward, a testament to strength,
Slowly rebuilding, growing at length.
All that is broken, will mend with time,
Naturally healing, a process sublime.
Naturally the body knows what to do,
Guided by the Crone, strong and true.
Releasing the burden, light starts to shine,
On the path to healing, a future divine.
Onward we journey, towards brighter days,
Never forgetting, in countless ways,
Emerging transformed, whole and anew,
Each aching part healing, strong and true.
Healing the heart, the body, the soul,
Embracing the journey, making us whole.
And to the future we walk, lighter and free,
Leaving the burden and grief, eternally.
Leaving the past, letting the spirit soar,
Leaving the sorrow behind, forevermore.
To Crone's wisdom, we give our deep thanks,
Knee and sacrum released from their ranks.
Healing and hope, a comforting art,
Renewed, reborn, a brand new start.
Oh, the sweet peace that comes at the end,
New strength, renewal, true power we lend.
Namaste, we say, with gratitude's grace,
Eternally grateful for this sacred space.
