Tending to Deep Self began as a poem in one of my books before finding new life through music on the album Serenity. Both the poem and the song emerged from a simple but profound truth: healing is often less about becoming someone new and more about caring for the person we have always been. The deep self is the part of us that exists beneath expectations. Beneath performance.

The Power of Energy Muse was born from my poem Energy Warrior, originally published in The Journey Back to Myself: A Book of Healing Poetry, Second Edition. The poem emerged from a place of survival, transformation, and self-discovery. It was written during a time when I was learning that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to the truth of who we have always been.
