Coming Back Home to My Root Chakra

Calmness envelops me as I sit in stillness,

Opening my heart to the earth's warm embrace,

Mindful of the energy flowing beneath me,

In the depths of my being, I find my place. 

Nestled in the roots, where my journey began,

Grounded in peace, I take a deep breath,

Beneath the surface, where strength intertwines,

Awakening senses to the rhythms of life,

Cleansing the shadows, I honor my path,

Kindling the fire that ignites my inner light,

Home is a feeling, a sacred return,

To the center of balance, where I come alive,

Nature's vibration, a melody profound,

A dance of vitality, in harmony found. 

Returning to origins, to the source I explore,

Connection to self, to the earth and the core. 

Healing flows through, like a gentle stream,

Awakening wisdom, relighting the dream. 

Rising each day with intention anew,

Anchored in courage, my spirit breaks through.
