This Practitioner / Facilitator License grants limited permission to use Trusting in Love’s Power to Heal All Around in professional, therapeutic, educational, and facilitated settings under the terms outlined below.

Permitted Uses

With this license, the practitioner or facilitator may use the recording in:

• Mental health, counseling, and psychotherapy settings

• Somatic, body-based, and trauma-informed practices

• Sound healing, meditation, and contemplative listening sessions

• Relational, compassion-focused, or restorative healing work

• Workshops, retreats, circles, and facilitated group spaces

• One-to-one or group sessions (in person or live virtual)

The recording may be played live during sessions as supportive listening or ambient sound. Use may be guided or unguided, provided participation remains voluntary, consent-based, and paced to participant comfort.

Relational & Trauma-Informed Use

Trusting in Love’s Power to Heal All Around supports connection and care without pressure or spiritual coercion. Practitioners agree to:

• Avoid prescriptive beliefs about love, healing, or forgiveness

• Honor boundaries, ambivalence, grief, and guardedness as valid

• Emphasize choice, autonomy, and nervous-system safety

• Respect diverse identities, lived experiences, and belief systems

• Allow participants to pause, stop, rest, or disengage at any time without explanation

Love is offered here as possibility and presence, not obligation or demand.

Restrictions

This license does not permit:

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the recording (free or paid)

• Uploading, embedding, or streaming the audio on websites, platforms, apps, or social media

• Use in recorded sessions, online courses, trainings, or downloadable materials

• Editing, remixing, excerpting, or altering the audio

• Transfer or sublicensing to another practitioner, organization, or location

Each practitioner, facilitator, studio, or practice must obtain their own license.

Use is permitted in professional, therapeutic, educational, and facilitated settings under the terms below.

Heart-Centered & Trauma-Informed Ethics

• Honor boundaries, ambivalence, grief, numbness, and guardedness as valid

• Emphasize choice, autonomy, and nervous-system safety

• Respect diverse identities, relational histories, and belief systems

• Allow participants to pause, stop, rest, or disengage at any time without explanation

Connection is offered as possibility, not expectation.
