Still Here Without Effort
Still Here Without Effort is a listening space for remaining present without having to hold yourself together.
This piece offers sound as quiet companionship—steady, unassuming, and non-directive. There is no request to focus, regulate, or stay engaged. You are allowed to drift, rest, or simply let the sound pass through without effort.
Created for moments of fatigue, dissociation, or emotional heaviness, Still Here Without Effort honors the reality that presence does not have to be achieved. Sometimes it’s enough to be here at all.
There is nothing to manage.
Nothing to prove.
You are still here—and that is enough.
