Practitioner / Facilitator License
For Sense of Oneness
This Practitioner / Facilitator License grants limited permission to use Sense of Oneness in professional, therapeutic, educational, and facilitated settings under the terms outlined below.
Permitted Uses
With this license, the practitioner or facilitator may use the recording in:

Mental health, counseling, and psychotherapy settings

Somatic, body-based, and trauma-informed practices
-
Sound healing, meditation, and contemplative listening sessions

Spiritual or reflective group environments (non-dogmatic)
-
Workshops, retreats, circles, and facilitated gatherings
-
One-to-one or group sessions (in person or live virtual)
The recording may be played live during sessions as supportive listening or ambient sound. Use may be guided or unguided, provided participation remains voluntary, consent-based, and paced to participant comfort.
Relational & Trauma-Informed Use
Sense of Oneness supports connection without loss of self. Practitioners agree to:

Avoid coercive spiritual framing or enforced ideas of unity

Honor individual boundaries, identities, and lived experience

Emphasize choice, grounding, and personal autonomy

Respect distance, neutrality, or separation as valid experiences
-
Allow participants to pause, stop, or disengage at any time without explanation
Oneness is offered as possibility, not expectation.
Restrictions
This license does not permit:

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the recording (free or paid)

Uploading, embedding, or streaming the audio on websites, platforms, apps, or social media

Use in recorded sessions, online courses, trainings, or downloadable materials

Editing, remixing, excerpting, or altering the audio
-
Transfer or sublicensing to another practitioner, organization, or location
Each practitioner, facilitator, studio, or practice must obtain their own license.

Sense of Oneness is not a medical or psychological treatment and does not replace licensed care.

Practitioners are responsible for ethical, consent-based facilitation and remaining within their professional scope.

Emotional or somatic responses may arise; pacing, grounding, and participant choice are essential.
