There is no outcome to reach. No state you need to enter.It is simply a space—
where your body can begin to come back in its own time.
You may notice moments of stillness.
You may notice nothing at all.
You may drift, rest, or step away.All of it is welcome.
This is not about doing.
This is about allowing.
The sound is offered as a gentle field—something you can listen to, move with, or ignore completely. There is no right way to be here.
If something in you softens, that’s enough.
If nothing shifts, that is also enough.
You are not behind.
You are not required to heal in this moment.
You are allowed to simply be.
Returning to Self is an invitation—
not to go somewhere new,
but to come back to what has always been yours.
