Listen to My Body

The third poem I wrote at Transformational Breath Personal Seminar in 2018. This poem, now song, is all about empowerment and healing. Its about personal growth and listening to my body. It's about knowing that my body belongs to me. It's knowing that my body is sacred. My Yoni is sacred and it's about me stepping into my power.
