Held in Orbit is a sound offering for moments when steadiness is needed, but grounding feels too firm or directive.
This album creates a sense of being held without being pulled inward or pushed forward. The sounds move in slow, circular patterns—present, consistent, and non-demanding—allowing the nervous system to experience containment without pressure. Nothing here asks for stillness, focus, or regulation.
Listening does not require completion or continuity. You may drift in and out, listen briefly, or return over time. The sound remains available without expectation, meeting you wherever you are.
Held in Orbit is mindful of trauma, overwhelm, and states where direct grounding may feel unsafe or inaccessible. Instead of anchoring, the album offers gentle containment—supportive, spacious, and unforced.
