    • Sound healing and contemplative listening sessions

    • Support groups, workshops, retreats, and facilitated circles

    • One-to-one or group sessions (in person or live virtual)

Recordings may be played live during sessions as supportive listening experiences. Use may be guided or unguided, provided participation remains voluntary, consent-based, and paced according to participant capacity.

    Complex Trauma–Informed Ethics & Care

These works are designed to support presence without overwhelm and awareness without forced processing. Practitioners agree to:

    • Prioritize safety, stabilization, and nervous-system regulation

    • Avoid forced catharsis, memory retrieval, emotional exposure, or narrative extraction

    • Respect dissociation, numbness, silence, and subtle sensation as valid responses

    • Offer clear permission to pause, stop, adjust volume, ground, or leave at any time

    • Support gentle re-orientation and resourcing after listening when needed

This work acknowledges that complex trauma often lives beneath conscious narrative, and that healing unfolds gradually, relationally, and with respect for internal pacing.

    • Uploading, embedding, or streaming audio on websites, platforms, apps, or social media

Each practitioner, facilitator, studio, or practice must obtain their own license.

    Important Notes

    • These recordings are not medical or psychological treatments and do not replace licensed care.

    • Practitioners remain responsible for ethical use, informed consent, and remaining within their professional scope.

    • Emotional, somatic, or dissociative responses may arise; pacing, containment, and participant choice are essential.
