Embrace Listening
Embrace Listening is a gentle listening space created to offer safety, warmth, and quiet companionship. This piece invites the body to soften without instruction, allowing sound to be experienced as holding rather than guidance.
The tones move slowly and with care, supporting moments of rest, emotional settling, and embodied presence. There is no expectation to process, release, or understand—only permission to be met where you are.
Embrace Listening honors the simple truth that being held, even through sound, can be enough. It is for moments when closeness and reassurance matter more than movement or change.
You do not need to do anything.
The embrace is already here.
