Drift, Don’t Disappear is an offering of sound for moments when staying present feels difficult, but disappearing isn’t an option either.

This song does not ask for focus, effort, or resolution. It allows for drifting—softly, gradually, without direction—while maintaining a sense of connection to the ground beneath you. The sounds move slowly and without insistence, creating space for the nervous system to remain in contact without being pulled forward.

There is no instruction here and no destination implied. Listening can be brief or extended. You may enter and leave at any point. The sound does not require you to feel calm, healed, or settled. It simply remains available.

Drift, Don’t Disappear is especially mindful of dissociation, overwhelm, and fatigue. It offers sound as a gentle tether rather than an anchor—present, but not gripping. The work honors moments when drifting is protective, and staying lightly connected is enough.

Rest is allowed. Distance is allowed. Returning later is allowed.

Nothing needs to be completed.
