Chronic Pain Support: Trauma-Informed Guided Listening
This guided listening experience is created for people living with chronic pain who need space rather than instruction.
There is no focus required, no breathing technique to follow, and no expectation that pain will change. The guidance is intentionally non-directive and consent-based, allowing you to listen, rest, move, pause, or stop at any time.
This offering does not treat pain as a problem to solve or overcome. Instead, it offers presence without pressure—supporting the nervous system by reducing demand, effort, and expectation.
You are welcome to let the words stay in the background, to notice sensation or turn away from it, and to engage only as much as feels supportive in the moment.
Nothing needs to happen for this experience to be meaningful.
Nothing is required of you.
