After the Last Session: Letting It Leave
At the end of the day, the work does not always end with the final client.
The body can remain in a state of holding.
What was witnessed can linger.
There can be a quiet sense of still being “in the room,”
even after you’ve left it.Over time, this accumulates.
After the Last Session: Letting It Leave was created for this space.
Not as a process to move through.
Not as something to figure out or resolve. But as a place where what was held
can begin to settle
without being asked to.This is sound without demand.
No guidance.
No expectation.
No required outcome. You are not asked to release anything.
You are not required to feel different. You are simply given space
where what is no longer yours to carry
may begin to soften and shift
in its own time.
Designed for the end of the clinical day
Use this:
- After your final session
- Before transitioning into personal time
