Welcome.

This guided listening experience is for moments when you are beginning to return—not because everything is settled, but because time is moving and you are moving with it.

Nothing here asks you to be ready.

Nothing here asks you to feel better, clearer, or more stable.

You do not need to have finished anything internally in order to return.

If at any point this feels like too much, you are free to pause, stop, move, or step away.

Your body decides the pace.

You are allowed to return gently.

Returning Without Completion

You do not need closure before you re-enter.

You do not need resolution.

You are allowed to come back while things remain open, unresolved, or unfinished.

Returning does not mean the work is done.

It simply means you are moving again.

That is enough.

Movement Without Direction

If it feels supportive, you might notice that your body already knows how to shift.

Not toward regulation.

Not toward comfort.

Just toward the next small movement.

You don’t need to plan the return.

You don’t need to prepare for it.

The body will offer the pace when it’s ready.

Carrying Residue Without Shame

Sometimes returning means carrying what remains.

Tiredness.

Sensitivity.

Fog.

Pain.

Emotion that hasn’t settled.

You are not doing it wrong if these come with you.

You do not need to leave anything behind in order to continue.

Attention Without Anchoring

You don’t need to orient to the room. You don’t need to ground.

You can let awareness stay loose, unfocused, or drifting.

Returning does not require presence in any particular way.

You are allowed to arrive partially.

Breath Without Management

Breathing is happening.

You do not need to guide it.

You do not need to use it to stabilize yourself.

It does not need to help.

It is simply there, accompanying you back.

Permission to Stop Again

Returning gently also means you are allowed to stop again.

Returning does not cancel rest.

It does not remove your right to pause.

You are allowed to come back in stages.

You are allowed to return, retreat, and return again.

Closing

As this guided listening time comes to a close,

there is nothing you need to carry forward deliberately.

No state to maintain.

No calm to preserve.

You may move into the next moment slowly or quickly.

You may stop and come back later.

This experience does not expect productivity, clarity, or strength from you.

Thank you for returning—gently, and in your own time.

Nothing is required of you.
