Spoken Word Album

My Voice. My Work. My Truth. is a spoken word album that does not ask for permission, softness, or approval to exist.
This is not performance for applause.
This is language as reclamation.
Each piece in this collection is rooted in lived experience—where boundaries had to be learned the hard way, where silence was expected, and where truth was inconvenient to others. These poems do not soften themselves to be more acceptable. They hold their shape. They speak anyway.
There is anger here.
There is clarity here.
There is a body that has learned the cost of being unheard—and refuses that cost now.
This album moves through themes of autonomy, consent, survival, and self-definition. It speaks to the moments where “no” was ignored, where presence was taken for granted, and where the voice had to go quiet to stay safe. And then—it follows what happens when that voice returns.
Not louder for effect.
But steadier.
Unshakable.
My Voice. My Work. My Truth. is not here to convince anyone.
It is here to exist without distortion.
For those who have had to draw hard lines.
For those who are done explaining.
For those reclaiming voice not as performance—but as truth.
Nothing is asked of the listener.
Only that the words are allowed to land where they land.
