About
Sacred Repair: A Private Sound Journey There are places in the body that do not respond to pressure. Not to being told to relax. Not to being asked to release. Not to being guided toward change. These places do not need to be opened. They need to be met. What This Work Is Sacred Repair is a private, trauma-informed sound journey held over time. It is not therapy. It is not coaching. Not through effort. But through permission. The Private Nature of This Work This is not a group experience. Sacred Repair is held one-on-one, allowing the space to remain fully responsive to you—without comparison, without observation, and without the pressure of others being present. Each session is guided by presence, not performance. There is no script you must follow. No outcome you must reach. No expectation placed on how you res
